Scientific assistance
We have a team of highly qualified professionals who receive continuous training to provide high-quality assistance to clients regarding queries and difficulties related to the products offered by the different brands represented, as well as to accompany the work flow. We offer advice in the areas of Clinical Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Hematology, Hemostasis and Thrombosis, Immunohematology, Immunology and Microbiology.
Training
We consider that the education of our clients is important to comply with an excellent and complete service, therefore, we carry out trainings on the handling of the equipment and the corresponding software, on the processing of samples and interpretation of the results. Likewise, we offer trainings carried out by foreign representatives of the brands in person or virtually.
